The Black Grouse Burns’ Night campaign
The Black Grouse blended Scotch whisky is launching a UK wide campaign to encourage people to try the brand this Burns’ Night.
Three hundred and fifty pubs have received The Black Grouse “Whisky of the Month” kits for today’s celebrations. Over the weekend 5,000 5cl miniatures of the drink were distributed in a press promotion with The Herald newspaper.
Consumers are being encouraged to try the whisky either on its own or as a ”Black & Black” – by mixing the product with coke.
Victoria Jackson, brand manager for Maxxium UK, said: “Burns’ Night is a perfect opportunity to encourage further trial of the brand and drive repeat purchase.”
This campaign is running alongside the brand’s sponsorship of various Burns’ suppers and functions throughout the UK.
