Roux launches App
Michel Roux Junior has launched an iPhone App, offering a selection of recipes, wine matching recommendations, videos and detailed information about the Michelin-starred chef’s London restaurant portfolio.
David Galleti, head sommelier at Le Gavroche, has compiled a wine list to accompany most of the 67 recipes featured on the App, each of which comes with step-by-step cooking instructions and a shopping list feature.
Entitled Michel Roux Jr, Fine Dining with the Master Chef, the App also allows users to book tables at Le Gavroche, Roux at Parliament Square and Roux at The Landau.
Available to download from iTunes for £4.99, Roux’s App promises monthly updates with new recipes, video and tips from the chef.
