Pils Pouring Skills
A Bristol barman is heading to the home of Pilsner to compete in the Pilsner Urquell International master Bartender of the Year competition.
Chris Bailey, who works at the Mall, has beaten off other British bartenders to be crowned Pilsner Urquell’s UK Master Bartender of the Year – and will now pit his Pilsner presenting skills against 18 other bartenders from around the globe for a prize of £10,000.
Gillian Loudon from Miller Brands said of the UK competition: “The standards were exceptionally high and it’s great to see so much passion and professionalism in our industry.”
