Courvoisier leads the revolution
This summer will see Courvoisier backing a series of events happening across the UK as part of the brand’s £15 million advertising spend for 2010.
An eight-page guide in The Times supplement Playlist this month will provide information on the various nights out, including those created by the Cognac brand for its Revolutionary Spirit Festival 2010.
Over the following six weeks, Playlist will feature full-page advertorials covering themes relevant to Courvoisier’s target audience.
These include nights out with the boys, alfresco bars, "date night" for the grown up man, live music and best bars and restaurants for late night entertainment.
Advertising for the evenings will also appear on The Times’ website.
Maxxium UK’s marketing manager for Courvoisier Janice McIntosh says: “This campaign will ensure Courvoisier is front of mind with our target consumers while positioning the brand alongside revolutionary events in the UK this year.
“The Times’ editorial team is working in partnership with us on the project, which is a first for them, because they believe the content is of especially high reader interest.”
