Cloudy Bay shacks up with Tom Aikens

Cloudy Bay is joining forces with chef Tom Aikens to create a pop-up venue at Parsons Green in London from 24-25 July.

Open from 11am until 8pm, the Cloudy Bay Shack will furnish picnickers with a 125ml glass of wine from the Cloudy Bay range, each paired with a dish created by Aikens, who will be cooking on-site.

Visitors to the Cloudy Bay Shack can also take advantage of a designated “cloud-watching area”, where they can enjoy their dishes to the backdrop of a jazz trio playing 1930s classics.

Priced at £8.50 per pairing, the five combinations available include:

Cloudy Bay Chardonnay and spicy crab cakes with tomato salsa or guacamole
Cloudy Bay Te Koko and deep-fried paprika squid with lime
Cloudy Bay Riesling and Dorset crab with chilli and ginger
Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir and seven-hour lamb
Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc and tomato salad with basil, melon and mint crayfish tails

To complement this offer, these pairings will also be available at Tom’s Kitchen during August.
