Adnams bottles Spindrift
Suffolk brewer Adnams has launched Spindrift, its leading summer ale, in bottles for the first time.
Originally launched three years ago as a chilled and filtered speciality beer for premium pubs and style bars, Spindrift is a top fermented, light beer made from a blend of East Anglian malted barley, Boadicea and First Gold hops.
Fergus Fitzgerald, Adnams’ head brewer, said: “Spindrift is a light golden refreshing beer, perfect for sitting back and watching the world go by. The striking 330ml blue bottles will appeal to a wide audience and will hopefully attract those who are new to the category.”
Spindrift is currently available online at www.adnams.co.uk (£18.99 for 12 x 330ml bottles). Spindrift can also be purchased at Adnams’ Cellar&Kitchen stores located in Southwold, Richmond-upon-Thames, Holkham, Woodbridge, Stamford, Harleston, Saffron Walden, Holt and Hadleigh.
