Port goes pink
The Instituto dos Vinhos do Douro e Porto (IVDP) will present the bestof Portugal’s wines in a series of tastings at the London Wine Fair.
Sarah Ahmed, will present a tasting of Douro wines, both still and fortified, at stand E20 on Tuesday 18 May at 1pm.
The talk will include a presentation on Croft’s Pink Port, the first of its kind in the fortified world.
The presentation aims to highlight the potential of the drink as a base in summer cocktails as well as other serving suggestions and to raise further awareness of a product in a market increasingly interested in all things pink.
