Showtime at the Circus
This month sees the opening of Circus in London’s Covent Garden, an entertainment-led restaurant which promises to liven up its customers’ dining experience with live theatrical performances.
Located on Endell Street, the venture is led by Adam Davies, owner of London bar and nightclub Fuel.
Renowned British designer Tom Dixon has given the interior a suitably surrealist touch, with mirrored walls and bespoke pieces of furniture from Dixon’s own collection.
With 140 covers and a bar area, Circus will serve up a pan-American menu, while the cocktail list has been compiled by Henry Besant, founder of the Worldwide Cocktail Club.
