Stars come out for golfing spectacular
The stars were out in force for this year’s celebrity Leuka Mini-Masters golf tournament last week, with Gavin & Stacey’s Rob Brydon leading the Auchentoshan team.
The Scotch whisky was served throughout the day to raise golfers’ spirits as rain threatened to spoil the party last Friday (17 July) at Dukes Meadows in Chiswick, west London, with two bars serving drams and summer cocktails to the star-studded line-up.
Team captains including Dougary Scott, Jodie Kidd, Gabby & Kenny Logan, Vernon Kay and James Nesbitt all showed their competitive putting skills for the charity.
It was the second time in a week Auchentoshan toasted success after six wins at the International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC).
Gold (Best in Class) was awarded to Auchentoshan Classic Lowland Single Malt, Auchentoshan 18 year old Lowland Single Malt and Auchentoshan 18 year old Single Malt.
Auchentoshan Three Wood Lowland and Three Wood Single Malt also received Silver (Best in Class) and Auchentoshan Lowland 12 year old won Silver.
