Moet boosts theatre Champagne performance

The Royal Albert Hall has significantly increased its Champagne sales since the installation of the Moët & Chandon Champagne Bar earlier this year.

Recent figures confirm that the famous London venue’s total Champagne sales are up 16% year on year. In March this year Moët opened its first ever theatre bar at the venue, offering guests Moët Imperial, Rosé and Grand Vintage 2003 by the glass and in bottle at every matinée and evening performance.

Director of events at the Royal Albert Hall, Jasper Hope, said: "We are delighted with the exclusive partnership combining the world’s most loved Champagne with one of the world’s most loved venues. Together we represent an unparalleled tradition of celebration and unique entertainment events."

Emelie de Vitis, senior brand manager for Moët added: "Moët is thrilled to be the official Champagne supplier to the Royal Albert Hall as the venue is so synonymous with celebration and world class performance."
