New release for Domaines Ott
Provence producer Domaines Ott has released its latest vintage of Clos Mireille, the estate’s Blanc de Blancs wine, the 2007.
Crafted from a blend of 70% Semillon and 30% Rolle, the wine’s vineyards slope down as far as the sea front.
It is these vineyards’ seaside location which, according to Ott, produce a "micorclimate and sea spray" which contribute significantly to the wine’s style and flavour.
The wine is both spicy and floral, and has been produced to serve as an aperitif or with seafood.
