Palandri Wine Group winds up
The Palandri Wine Group went into liquidation yesterday following a recommendation from voluntary administrators. The group’s creditors made the decision in a Perth-based meeting. The recommendation from the administrators said the return to creditors was likely to be higher if the group was wound up than it would be under a proposed deed of company arrangement.
Following the appointment of administrators Neil Cussen, John Greig and Gary Doran from accounting firm Deloitte in February this year, all three have now been appointed as liquidators of the group and will start the liquidation process with immediate effect.
