La Ina bought by Lustau

Luis Caballero, owner of the Lustau Group, last week bought four iconic Sherry brands, formerly owned by Domecq, from Osborne. For the moment, the famous La Ina fino brand, along with other brands Rio Viejo, Botaina and Viña 25, will continue to be produced in the Beam Global facilities.

The acquisition forms part of the Caballero Group’s commitment to invest in, and develop, premium, international brands. La Ina has now passed through four different sets of hands in the past 3 years, since Allied Domecq was purchased by Pernod Ricard in 2005.
