Environmentally-sound new product makes a connection
Connect Bottle, originally developed as an educational toy, is now being promoted for its environmental benefits as well. The product consists of a number of plastic pieces that allow plastic bottles to be connected together to form a variety of objects.
Steven Klein, the creator of Connect Bottle, is the founder of US-based educational toy store, Learning Store. In addition to the benefits of providing a secondary use for bottles and therefore potentially reducing the number that end up in landfills, the connected bottles can also be used to insulate homes.
