Champagne Lanson (and there was us thinking football was a working class sport) is one of the first to get in on the act, as one of the official sponsors of the event, announcing that it will launch special packaging for 2006 only.
This collector’s edition will have motif metal caps in black, red and yellow to reflect Germany, this year’s host country. It has, according to the blurb, been designed to “reflect the pure expression and zeal for football, style and exhilaration”. db February 2006
