Urbium delisted
The month saw the delisting of Urbium PLC and a change at the top of Urban Dining
This month saw the announcement that John Alm, the CEO/president of Coca-Cola Enterprises will step down at year end and Lowry Kline, the current chairman, will revert to being chairman/CEO, a position he previously held from April 2002 to December 2003.
The month also saw the delisting of Urbium PLC and a change at the top of Urban Dining, as CEO John Metcalf stepped down and non-executive chairman Glen Thompson became executive chairman.
There were several trades from the directors of Mitchells & Butlers, which were associated with the exercise of existing options and the granting of new options. Indeed, the largest trades this month were generally associated with the exercise of options and the subsequent sale of those option shares. Other firms involved in such option-related transactions by directors include Greene King, Diageo and Wolverhampton & Dudley Breweries.
