The Institue of Masters of Wine and the drinks business, in conjunction with Vinexpo are to launch an exciting new award to be presented on the 21st June at Vinexpo 2005.
Chosen by a panel of Masters of Wine and international wine industry leaders, the IMW, Drinks Business Lifetime Achievement Award will be given to an individual who has made a substantial contribution to the international wine industry.
Commenting on the announcement of this new award Siobhan Turner, Executive Director of the Institute of Master of Wine said, “This award recognises those who push back the boundaries of the wine industry through their commitment to innovation and excellence. The vision of the Institute of Masters of Wine is to pursue excellence in all areas related to wine, and we are delighted to be working with the drinks business and VinExpo to honour such individuals.”
