HK and Macau bartenders face off
The final of the 2015 Hong Kong & Macau World Class competition will take place next week, when eight of the region’s best bartenders will battle it out to reach the world finals.
Hong Kong and Macau’s top eight bartenders will fight for the title of ‘2015 Hong Kong & Macau Bartender of the Year’ on 9 June before representing the territory at the global final in South Africa this September.
Now in its fourth year, the annual Diageo Reserve World Class event which will take place at Zuma at the Landmark, will raise the profile of some of the region’s best bartenders who are challenged to create cocktails using spirits from Diageo’s portfolio.
