Mondavi to sponsor Asian restaurant award

For the third year in a row, Robert Mondavi Winery is to be the wine sponsor for the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards.

Wines from the estate will be served throughout the awards and dinner and the winery’s chef, Jeff Mosher, is flying out from California to prepare and serve specially developed canapés.

Taking place in Singapore on 9 March, the awards provide snapshot of the Asian culinary scene and is attended by the region’s leading chefs and sommeliers.
