New retailer stands out from competition
New independent merchant, The Perfect Cellar, believes it has the answer to standing out from the pack in a crowded market place.
Founded by Moez Seraly, The Perfect Cellar, has eschewed “duplicating the fine wine lists” of its competition, becoming instead the sole off-trade distributor of several “hidden gems”, including wines from consultant Eric Boissenot.
‘We realised that we had to differentiate ourselves from the competition,’ said Seraly. ‘Our brand identity had to be clear from the outset.’
Wines exclusive to The Perfect Cellar include those from Boissenot’s own personal estate, Château Les Vimières, and the wines from the properties owned by Olivier Decelle; Château Jean Faure in Saint Emilion, Decelle-Villa in Burgundy and Mas Amiel in the Roussillon’s Maury AOC.
The Perfect Cellar is also putting customer at the forefront of its business model, guiding customers through the process of amassing a cellar that suits them.
“Regardless whether you have a £100 or £10,000 budget, we will welcome you at The Perfect Cellar, help you ‘understand your taste’ and put together your perfect cellar,” said Seraly.
“Our aim is to become a trusted place where you can confidently buy great quality wines day in and day out”.
