db reveals shortlist for Green Awards 2013
The shortlist for db’s Green Awards for 2013 has been announced with companies from Spain, the US, New Zealand and South Africa featuring prominently.
A record number of entries was received in this year’s awards requiring ruthless judging ahead of next Tuesday’s awards event at The Ivy restaurant in London.
Those businesses shortlisted had not only adopted environmentally-sensitive practices in all aspects of their operations but also proved to the judges the extent of savings made, whether it was a reduction in energy use or waste production.
The winners for the alcoholic drinks industry’s only green awards will be announced on Tuesday 23 April at The Club at The Ivy at 1-5 West Street, London WC2H.
For those interested in attending the awards ceremony, which runs from 4-6pm, please contact Sheila Crisp at The Drinks Business on +44 (0)20 7803 2430 or on email at sheila.crisp@thedrinksbusiness.com
