FACILE & CO, the founders of seriously… vodka, have now developed a gin to add to their range. It contains Juniper and 12 further botanicals and the company has taken time to create a complex spirit with good length.
Facile describe the nose as "complex with great herb/spice/citrus balance," while on the palate one should expect "juniper in the attack followed by an organised chaos of finely tuned botanicals."
The aftertaste is apparently "amazingly long with fading juniper and the secondary botanicals sparkling away." The gin is 40% ABV.
